We operate leodamone.com and provide the Reaction Readiness framework, the Perception of Pressure Scorecard, community memberships, coaching services, digital products, and physical products including books.

2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address β when you opt in to receive training content, the Starter Kit, or community access
- Name β when you purchase a product or service or submit an inquiry
- Payment information β processed securely through Kajabi and Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
- Scorecard responses β your answers to the 15-question Perception of Pressure Scorecard
- Daily Rep Sheet entries β if you use the Daily Rep Sheet tool
- Messages and inquiries β when you submit a speaking, coaching, or contact form
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser type
- Pages visited and time spent on each
- Referring URL
- General geographic location (country/state level)
The Perception of Pressure Scorecard does not require an email address to view your results. Your band result is displayed immediately. Email is only requested after you receive your result if you choose to receive your band-specific Starter Kit and training sequence.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the training content, Starter Kit, and email sequences you opted in to receive
- Personalize your experience based on your Scorecard band
- Process purchases and deliver digital and physical products
- Respond to coaching, speaking, and general inquiries
- Operate and improve the community platform
- Communicate updates, new resources, and launch information relevant to your interests
- Conduct internal analytics to understand how people engage with our content
Research partnership disclosure: Leo Damone Inc. is in active collaboration with the VCU Evaluation Laboratory for formal validation of the Reaction Readiness framework. The VCU Evaluation Laboratory receives only anonymized, aggregate data β meaning summary patterns across groups. No individual data, no email addresses, and no personally identifiable information is ever shared with VCU or any other research partner. Individual responses are never accessed by anyone outside Leo Damone Inc.
4. What We Never Do With Your Data
- We never sell your personal information to any third party
- We never share your individual data with advertisers
- We never use your data for AI model training purposes
- We never share your email address or name with research partners including VCU
- We never send you communications unrelated to the services you opted in to receive
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in the following systems:
- Kajabi β our platform provider for website, email sequences, and community. Kajabi's privacy policy applies to data processed on their infrastructure.
- Supabase β our database for Scorecard response data and Daily Rep Sheet entries. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption.
- Stripe β payment processing. We do not store payment card data.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and improve your experience.
