1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using leodamone.com, purchasing any product or service, or enrolling in any program offered by Leo Damone Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Leo Damone Inc. is headquartered at 1320 Central Park Blvd., Suite 200, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
2. Products and Services
Leo Damone Inc. offers the following:
- Digital products β The Perception of Pressure Scorecard, band-specific Starter Kits, the 5-day Reaction Readiness training sequence, digital workbooks and journals
- Physical products β The Perception of Pressure (paperback book), signed author copies, and any other physical merchandise offered through the site
- Community memberships β Observer (free), Member ($47.99/month), Practitioner ($99/month), Founding Cohort ($597 one-time) β recurring subscription tiers
- Coaching services β one-on-one and group coaching engagements as described on the coaching page
- Speaking engagements β keynote, corporate training, and workshop appearances as agreed in a separate speaking agreement
3. Payment and Billing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Kajabi and Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Subscriptions: Community membership tiers billed monthly or as a one-time payment (Founding Cohort) renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
One-time purchases: Digital products and physical products are charged at the time of purchase.
4. Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. Leo Damone Inc. does not accept returns or issue refunds on any product or service.
This applies to:
- Digital products β Scorecard access, Starter Kits, training sequences, workbooks, journals
- Physical products β books, signed copies, and any physical merchandise
- Community memberships β all tiers including Observer, Member, Practitioner, and Founding Cohort
- Coaching services β fees paid for coaching engagements are non-refundable
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a digital product you purchased, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the technical issue. This does not constitute a basis for a refund.
In the event of a billing error made by Leo Damone Inc., we will correct the error promptly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on leodamone.com β including but not limited to the Reaction Readiness framework, the CΒ³R Loop, the five constructs, the Perception of Pressure Scorecard, training sequences, written content, visual design, and the book β is the intellectual property of Leo Damone Inc. or Leo Damone and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Personal use and sharing for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution is permitted.
6. Community Standards
Members of the Reaction Readiness Community agree to:
- Treat other members with respect
- Not share, reproduce, or distribute paid community content outside the community
- Not use the community for spam, solicitation, or promotion of unrelated services
- Not harass, threaten, or abuse other members or Leo Damone Inc. staff
Violation of community standards may result in immediate removal from the community without refund.
7. Disclaimer
The Reaction Readiness framework, the Perception of Pressure Scorecard, and all related training content are educational and personal development tools. They are not therapy, clinical treatment, medical advice, or psychological diagnosis.
Leo Damone is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or physician. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please seek the assistance of a qualified mental health professional.
Results from using our products and services vary by individual. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leo Damone Inc. and its principals, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spotsylvania County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
