Stewardship Circle Consideration
Stewardship is entered through discernment.
The Stewardship Circle exists for individuals who are already carrying responsibility — and want to carry it with clarity, restraint, and care.
This space is not open enrollment.
It is entered through consideration, not progression.
Submitting a request does not guarantee access.
Â
What the Stewardship Circle Is
The Stewardship Circle is a quiet, responsibility-centered community space within the IAM ecosystem.
It exists to support:
Long-term thinking
 Decision-making that affects others
Protection of what has already been built
Care, restraint, and sustainability over time
This is not a space for visibility, performance, or growth acceleration.
Â
Why a Consideration Process Exists
Responsibility requires boundaries.
The Stewardship Circle is intentionally limited to preserve:
Depth of conversation
 Psychological safety
 Integrity of the container
 Respect for lived responsibility
Access is based on timing, capacity, and posture — not interest or aspiration.
Â
What This Request Is
This request is:
Reflective
 Private
 Non-performative
There are no “right” answers.
Clarity, honesty, and self-awareness matter more than articulation.
Â
What Happens After Submission
After you submit:
Your request will be reviewed with care
You may receive:
An invitation to join the Stewardship Circle
A recommendation to remain in Alignment or guided experiences
Not all consideration results in access — and that is intentional.
Â
Important Boundaries
The Stewardship Circle is:
Not a leadership status
 Not a reward or promotion
Not a program or coaching space
There is no payment associated with this request unless and until an invitation is extended to you with approval.
Â
Â
Stewardship is not claimed.
It is entrusted — when the timing is right.
