The IAM Leadership Lab is an application-based lab designed for individuals who are already carrying responsibility — and want to carry it with clarity, alignment, and care.
This application exists to ensure fit, not to assess worth or readiness to perform. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Why an Application
The Leadership Lab is intentionally limited.
Not to create exclusivity —
but to preserve:
Depth
Psychological safety
Integrity of the container
The application helps determine whether this lab is the right support at the right time.
What This Application Is

Reflective
Brief
Non-performative
There are no “right” answers.
Clarity and honesty matter more than articulation.
What Happens Next
After you submit:
- You will receive an application via email to be completed an emailed back 2. Your application will be reviewed
- If the lab appears to be a fit, you will receive an invitation to enroll 4. If the timing or fit is not right, you will be informed respectfully
Payment is requested only after acceptance.
